Participants of international scientific and practical conference visit Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Participants of international scientific and practical conference ‘Role of unified cadastre of real estate and national spatial data infrastructure in modern property management’, held in Baku, visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, October 6.

Informed of the history and objectives of the Foundation established in the memory of the Azerbaijani people’s national leader, the visitors were told the main goal of the Foundation is to study and propagandize Heydar Aliyev`s rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations and foreign visitors about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan`s socioeconomic and cultural progress, and support the projects promoting the country`s history and culture.

They saw the exhibits taken from the archive of Heydar Aliyev and reflecting separate eras of his activities, covering the very different moments of the genius person’s life and providing a comprehensive idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, materials on childhood and youth of Heydar Aliyev, his large-scale actions in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, books written on the eminent statesman, pictures taken in meetings with leaders of foreign countries, also a model of BTC oil pipeline route.

The attendees of the international conference were informed about the works the national leader did for the privatization of public property in the country on the basis of social welfare of people and active participation of citizens in privatization. The privatization policy played an important role in the economic rise and involvement of foreign investments.
