Delegation headed by Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica Roosevelt Skerrit visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, 11 August.

The delegates were informed about the objectives and actions of the Foundation, which has been established in the memory of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people to study and popularize the rich heritage of Heydar Aliyev, support Azerbaijan’s development through socioeconomic and cultural projects, help the promotion of the national culture and history.

They were familiarized with exhibits taken from the great leader’s archive and reflecting the very different moments of his activity.

The guests were informed of the great leader’s leadership, which has gone down in the history of Azerbaijan as one of the most glorious pages, as well socioeconomic development, huge achievements of the country recognized by the international community. 

The visitors saw documents reflecting Heydar Aliyev’s life and providing a comprehensive idea of an entire era of Azerbaijan’s history, gifts by world-known political figures, views said by figures of science, culture and art on the outstanding statesman, also photographs with leaders of other countries.
