Mehriban Aliyeva met with Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas

First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva met with Lithuanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Kestutis Kudzmanas. Greeting ambassador Kestutis Kudzmanas at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mehriban Aliyeva said bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Lithuania are developing progressively.

First Lady wished the Lithuanian Ambassador, who finished his diplomatic assignment in our republic, every success in his future activity. Thanking the diplomat for fruitful cooperation with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mehriban Aliyeva expressed hope that projects being implemented between our countries would be continued. She said: “I’m confident our cooperation is a good example to how friendly states need to build their relations.”

Ambassador Kestutis Kudzmanas highly assessed essential projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The diplomat talked of the works done and successful projects implemented within the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the humanitarian sphere between the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Lithuanian Embassy in Azerbaijan while he was ambassador, and said such projects will be continued further.
