Children from low-income families in the Garadagh district are provided with school accessories following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative

Following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative, children from low-income families at School No.139 in Lokbatan Settlement of Garadagh district were provided with school uniforms, bags and school accessories, September 12.

Speaking at the event, deputy head of the Garadagh District Executive Authority Tarana Ismayilova talked about the works carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation towards developing the science, culture and healthcare in the republic, protection of national moral values and restoration of historical monuments. It was informed that tens of education and healthcare establishments are constructed each year following the Foundation’s initiative, boarding schools and children’s homes repaired and provided with necessary equipment, and those in need are taken care of. A number of schools of the district too have been repaired with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and reconstructed to modern standards.

Then 200 schoolchildren to be educated at secondary schools of the district were presented new school uniforms, bags and school accessories on the eve of the new school year following the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Parents thanked President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for permanent care and attention shown towards them.
