New school was opened in Luxembourg, the one of the remotest villages of Samukh district, at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The 2-floor school has 18 classrooms, 2 labs, 1 computer room, gym equipped with modern appliances, a centralized heat system.

Representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Ilgar Mustafayev and Head of Samukh District Executive Power William Hajiyev congratulated the villagers, teachers and pupils on the opening.

Director of the School Ophelia Abbasova expressed gratitude to Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, for the construction of the school that was in the state of emergency for long years.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony, participants were acquainted with the building.
