Blood donation action in Bilasuvar town

Another blood donation action took place in Bilasuvar town, with the objective of helping those suffering from haemophilia, thalassemia and other blood diseases.

Held at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative, the action was joined by the district executive structure’s representatives, employees of medical institutions, as well as town residents.

Some 200 persons donated their blood during the day-long charitable action.

Collected blood samples will be sent to the Republican Central Blood Bank and used  for the treatment of blood disease patients.
