Rossia-1 TV Channel aired a report about the photo-exhibition “Azerbaijan – A Land of Tolerance” in Moscow

Russia’s Rossiya-1 TV Channel aired an extensive report about the photo-exhibition “Azerbaijan – A Land of Tolerance” of world-renowned photographer Reza Deghati in Moscow, following the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

It was reported that this time the subject chosen by the photo-correspondent who has been in various hot spots of the world is more interesting: “Those joining this exhibition will acquaint themselves with Azerbaijan - a land of peace and tolerance. Photos shot by world-renowned photographer Reza Deghati during his trips to Azerbaijan are displayed at the exhibition.”

 

The TV channel informed that one can see all the changes occurred in Azerbaijan from 1987 till the present time: “Common citizens too have been caught by the famous photographer’s lens. While on a trip to various districts of Azerbaijan, Reza Deghati got acquainted with Russian, Jewish, Tatar and Lezghin traditions. The artist believes that the neighbourhood of different nations and religions existing in Azerbaijan is a rare example for many countries”.
