A piece of reporting is broadcast about the 6th International Uzeir Hajibeyli Festival on Euronews

A piece of reporting has been placed about the 6^th International Uzeir Hajibeyli Festival on Euronews TV Channel’s Italian web-site.  

A reporting informs that the 6^th International Uzeir Hajibeyli Festival jointly organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan brought together persons of art from Russia, Belgium and Germany, along with local musicians.

The reporting made a reference to the interview by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev: “Baku has always been the cultural capital of the Caucasus. We are aiming to become the leading country of the region in terms of holding events in the sphere of culture and sports.”.

Providing detailed information about the Festival,  the reporting  stated that opening of the event coincided with the Day of National Music of Azerbaijan: “The Uzeir Hajibeyli State Symphonic Orchestra of Azerbaijan, established in 1920, performed at the opening ceremony. The Orchestra led by People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Rauf Abdullayev has been going on tours to various countries, including Italy.
