Secondary School No.3 named after V.Aliyev in Gakh

Located in Gakh city, the new building of Secondary School No.3 named after V.Aliyev was constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Having been constructed in 1950, the school building had become unfit for use. Works began in connection with the construction of a new building in January 2023, and in September of the same year, the education institution was commissioned.

Three-storied, consisting of three buildings, the school is meant for 320 pupils. 14 classrooms, laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, rooms for information technologies, military training and labour training, the library, the canteen and assembly and sports halls created in the education institution were provided with necessary furniture and equipment, as well as with visual aids. Here is built also an outdoor sports ground. Renovation and greenery planting works were carried out in the school’s backyard.
