Novruz celebration organized for children in Sahil settlement at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Novruz celebration was organized for handicapped children in Sahil settlement, Garadagh district at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The party brought together 120 children from Special Boarding School No.9 in Sahil settlement and ‘Mushfig’ Public Union for Help to Disabled Children.

The spokesperson of Heydar Aliyev Foundation delivered congratulations from President of the Foundation Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva to children.

Head of Garadagh District Executive Power Suleiman Mikayilov talked of the care and attention to children in the country.

UNICEF Representative to Azerbaijan Marc Hereward expressed special thanks to First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for her activities in this sphere.

A Ford bus was presented to ‘Mushfig’ Public Union for Help to Disabled Children based in Garadagh district in frame of the project implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and UNICEF to increase opportunities of children needing a special care.

Musicians performed in the celebration.

Gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation were presented to children.
