President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, August 21.

Iranian President was widely informed of the Foundation established in memory of great leader Heydar Aliyev. It was noted main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan.

Familiarizing visitors with exhibits President Ilham Aliyev provided information on different periods of activities of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

President of Iran was familiarized with documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person Heydar Aliyev’s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan. The exposition includes speeches the national leader delivered in international events, meetings with villagers, the oil strategy as well.

It was talked of attention the great leader paid to training of military personnel, culture, art and sports. Guests with great interest saw photos reflecting great leader’s meeting with leaders of various countries.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad signed Guest Book of the Foundation.

The Iranian President was presented with a souvenir.
