The bust of Azerbaijani poet of genius Molla Panah Vagif in Shusha was rebuilt with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Made of bronze, Molla Panah Vagif’s bust was located in 1958, as an over-grave monument on a territory near the Jydyr Plain, and later, in 1976, it was moved to a place close-by the poet’s house in Shusha. The bust was subjected to Armenian vandalism during the occupation of Shusha in 1992.

The bust was rebuilt in 2021, by a preliminary sketch-design of its author, Honoured Person of Art Hayat Abdullayeva.

Made of bronze, the bust was returned to its previous place and installed close-by the house of Molla Panah Vagif in Shusha.
