Inauguration of the “Fly to Baku. Contemporary Art from Azerbaijan” Exhibition took place, February 4, 2013, with the joint organization support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Russia and the Baku magazine  at Moscow’s “Multimedia Art Museum”.


The opening ceremony was attended by Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, Russia’s influential persons, public figures, people of art and guests coming from various countries of the world.


107 works by 21 Azerbaijani artist working in painting, sculpture, installation, video-art, performance and photo genres were displayed at the exhibition.


The exhibition continued from February 4th to February 24th.
