Mehriban Aliyeva met with spouse of the French Foreign Affairs Minister Dominique Cantien

First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, member of the Milli Majlis Mehriban Aliyeva met, within her visit to France, with  spouse of the French Foreign Affairs Minister Dominique Cantien.

At a meeting held at the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, discussions were held in respect of cooperation between our countries in various field, including development of cultural relations. Various events held recent years contributing to the development of cultural relations between two countries were underlined.

Mehriban Aliyeva emphasized the holding of an exhibition at the building of the French Senate and Days of Azerbaijan in the framework of UNESCO. The First Lady of Azerbaijan underlined the significance of cultural events in strengthening the cooperation between our countries in future.

Mrs. Dominique Cantien suggested that an exhibition comprising paintings of Azerbaijani and French children on ceramics be organized. She emphasized the significance of developing cooperation in the sphere of public health.

Inviting the spouse of the French Foreign Affairs Minister to Azerbaijan, Mehriban Aliyeva expressed a hope that concrete events would be held in the near future in both the countries.
