Winners of the contest held in connection with the 10th anniversary of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Astrakhan are rewarded

A delegation from Azerbaijan, which was on a visit to Astrakhan to participate in the events being held in Astrakhan in connection with the 91^st anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev and 10^th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation were, on May 12, at the Secondary School named after Heydar Aliyev.

Then the guests got acquainted with the school and viewed the exhibition arranged by the pupils on the occasion of the 10^th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Then a ceremony of awarding the winners of the contest and tournament devoted to the 10^th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation took place. School’s director Tatyana Tikhomirova talked about the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s activities, and thanked the Foundation’s President Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-president Leyla Aliyeva for the works carried out in the school and Astrakhan. Tatyana Tikhomirova underscored that the Foundation is known all over the world for its charitable works.

Representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Ilgar Mustafayev talked about the works done by the Foundation during the past 10 years.

At the end of the ceremony, winners of the contest and tournament devoted to the 10^th jubilee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s establishment were rewarded.
