The Heydar Aliyev Foundation delivers shares of a sacrificed animal to low-income families on the occasion of Eid al-Adha

Following the instruction of First Vice-president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, shares of a sacrificed animal and various foodstuff were delivered to low-income families on the occasion of Eid al-Adha(Qurban Bayramı). The project covered over 100 thousand families throughout the country.

 

Sacrificed animals were slaughtered at specially designated for this purpose places and packed for each family individually. 

 

 

Representatives of the Regional Development Public Association of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, visiting low-income families throughout the republic, presented them shares of a sacrificed animal, wishing them a healthy life, welfare and peace at Eid al-Adha, a symbol of moral and spiritual unity, solidarity, humanism, and kindness. 

 

Headed by Mehriban Aliyeva, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has been supporting state programmes aiming at social and economic development in the country, keeping always low-income families and those in need of special care on the focus of attention, congratulating them at various holidays, and significant days. 

 

Gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation are distributed to low-income families at various holidays celebrated in the republic, bestowing a festive mood upon thousands of people in need of social support.
