Foreign language bias gymnasium named after Suleyman Rustam in Mardakan settlement has been constructed following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative.

Due to the fact that the school and hostel buildings on the territory of the gymnasium - having been in operation since 1960 - were unsuitable for operation, they were demolished and a new building was constructed in their place for the gymnasium.

The foreign language bias gymnasium is designed for 1029 pupils. Classrooms, laboratories, an informatics room, a military training room, a library and a canteen were created in the new building.

The building of the Lachyn school - located in the yard of the complex - too was constructed anew. 12 classrooms, assembly and sports halls are also operating at Lachyn district Secondary School No. 32. At the same time, an open-air football pitch and a sports ground were built there.

The hostel building on the territory is designed for 185 pupils. The three-storied hostel building has been provided with necessary furniture and equipment.
