In 2011, the book “Gara Garayev. Life and creative works in materials of the Azerbaijan State Museum of Music Culture” was published with support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan.


The book contains about 700 documents. They have been arranged in a chronological order of events, people and works reflected in the life of Gara Garayev. A number of documents presented in the book are published for the first time.
