President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony of the Special School of the State Frontier Service

Special School of the State Frontier Service in Mardakan settlement of Khazar district, Baku reconstructed at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation was opened, 18 October. The opening ceremony was attended by First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva.

 

Mrs. Aliyeva was presented flowers. The First Lady of Azerbaijan cut the red ribbon symbolising inauguration.

 

The First Lady viewed the photo-stand launched at the foyer of the Special School. She was familiarized with a conference hall, museum set up in honour of national leader Heydar Aliyev, the well-equipped foreign languages, information science, physics and primary military training rooms, saw pictures showing the School before repair. Special attention will be paid in the School to the primary military training of youth.

 

Heydar Aliyev Foundation always attaches huge importance to the youth education and development, to their physical and moral upbringing to have them useful for the homeland and society.

 

Mehriban Aliyeva was also familiarized with an interactive shooting hall that is created for the first time at this school to teach youth shooting.

 

The First Lady viewed paintball, where battle rules, attack and defence will be taught, as well equestrian and football pitches. 

 

A special sports ground for girls has been created in the yard.

 

M.Aliyeva was acquainted with a dormitory, including gyms for girls and boys, a library provided with publications by Heydar Aliyev Foundation, restrooms and bed rooms, and a canteen.

 

Then the First Lady of Azerbaijan visited the canteen of the school.
