Celebration held in the town of Lankaran on the occasion of june 1 - International Children’s Day due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

June 1 – International Children’s Day was solemnly celebrated in the Heydar Aliyev Memorial Park in the town of Lankaran. A concert of children educated at preschool educational institutions in the town, settlements and villages was presented here.

Children in national costume sang songs, danced and said poems.

The festivity continued at the Othman Mirzayev Children’s Home in the town of Lankaran.

Organized due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the party brought together pupils from the Children’s Home and a special boarding school.

Music bands of the district and talented pupils of the Children’s Home performed in the event.

Speakers expressed gratitude to Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, for the care and attention to children. 

Participants of the festivity received gifts from Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
