Festivity is held following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative for children from poor families
Festivity was held, with organizational support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, at Republican Special Boarding School No.5 for children with restricted health condition in Narimanov district of Baku to mark June 1st – the International Day of Protection of Children.
At the event, holiday gifts were distributed to children from poor families residing in the territory of the district and being in need of special care, and children with restricted mental capacity.
Deputy head of the district executive authority Irada Mahmudova, chairperson of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party’s Narimanov district organization Tamraz Taghiyev, head of a department at the Education Ministry Habib Karimov and other delivered a speech at the event.
The festivity continued with performances of masters of art and artistic compositions of child creative groups.
